Staying motivated
Hi mark,
I know exactly what your talking about! I used to be exactly the same. I spoke to someone I know that always seemed to get so much done to get some advice. Below are some steps that I would recommend:
1) right down what you want to achieve - I'm guessing you have already done this by adding goals on this site
2) use the priority function to but the goals in the order that feels right for you - include stuff like watching tv if that is important
3) look at the list every morning
4) spend some tieme really thinking about the things you moat want todo
5) as you feel more motivated towards a goal move it up your list
That's all it takes! Everyone is already motivated some are motivated to watch 5 hours of tv a day and others are motivated towards there goals! It's just a case of changing your priorities!
