Feeling good!
On February 20th, 2010 JK says:
I set this goal a while ago, and have since been drinking 2 litres of water every day (with a few exceptions, of course, but I have always gone back to my goal of drinking 2 litres a day).
I am feeling so much better - my cafine and soft drink intake has reduced significantly which is great. I would recommend this goal to everyone.

I did mine in NZ and I truely believe there would be no better to place to do this - it is incredible. We jumped over the beautiful Bay of Islands and landed on the beach in Paihia. Absolutely fantasitc. If you are ever in the area, please consider doing it here.

Found my idea!
I set the goal to write a book just over a year ago, and at the time didn't have a story in mind, and had little idea of where to start. I attended a creative writing course which really just taught me that if you want to write, you have to write every day about anything you can - this will start to get you in the creative mindset and will help ideas to flow out of you.
So, after the course, I did just that - write about everything and everything - for at least half an hour a day.
I had an idea for a book a couple of months ago and have been focusing on writing that ever since. I am really enjoying it! I aim to have this finished by the end of the year.
