Any ideas?
To calculate your maximum heart rate, subtract your age from 220.
To find 80% of your maximum heart rate, multiply this number by 0.8. To find 60 % of your maximum heart rate, multiply by 0.6 etc.
E.g. - if your age is 50, your maximum heart rate is 170 bpm. (220 - 50) 80 % of the maximum heartrate is 136 bpm (0.8 x 170).
