does anyone know of any really good workout dvds - ive got the dirty dancing and the jennifer ellison west end work out but im getting a bit bored of them and fancy a change any recommendations?
The guy that played Victor Meldrew in One Foot in the Grave made an exercise video called Let's Dance - With Richard Wilson. Lol :-)
I used the 'Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout'which I though was pretty good if you like that kind of music. I'm also a bit of a fan of the Davina vids but haven't done many others
