I have also owned the book for some time now, and went through a spell of doing the lessons, and got quite into them. The problem I found was that as the lessons progress, so does the time commitment involved - I found that I was having to set aside as much as an hour some mornings to complete the lesson, and as I missed a few lessons I found it hard to get back into.
However, I could easily set aside an hour of my time for something so worthwhile, so I will start again with full commitment this time. If I miss a lesson, I will not beat myself up over it and give up, but simply pick up from where I left off - it is a lot better than not doing it at all.

I have been meaning to do the daily lessons, which last for 365 consecutive days - and on some days take consistent effort throughout the day. I am determined to get through these, but last time I tried I got to about lesson 120, and then I got really busy and didn't make the time to continue.
This time, I aim to get through all 365 lessons consecutively, starting at lesson 1 today.
