"Pure peace"
How I did it
I set some time aside every day, and use it to go deeper into my thoughts, then simply accept them - I don't judge them, and let them go. I find that about 10 - 15 minutes seems to be enough for me, and I feel so much more energised and ready to get on with my day.
I find that as I begin to clear my mind from the thoughts, ideas for stories (I am trying to become a writer) seem to flood in, which is fantastic. As a result, I will always meditate before writing.

To ensure you manage to do it every day, tie it to a daily activity - like brushing your teeth.
