I have just weighed in, and I am really excited to be able to tell you that I have lost 4lbs since I started this goal! This is progress for me. I have only 6 more lbs to lose before I can call this goal complete, and the thought of it makes me very excited. Overall I want to lose 70 lbs, but this will be a great first step.
To get this progress so far, I have simply started exercising more - nothing major - just a brisk walk for 2 - 3 miles a day. I have also cut back on soft drinks (coke etc) - I am addicted to these and they really are not good for my weight loss plans.
I realise I can be doing a lot more than this, and I will set a detailed plan in the near future.

Lose 10lbs

I wanted to lose weight for a while now - but it has always been a general 'I must lose weight' without a clear goal or plan.
I am fed up of being overweight, so my goal is to lose 10lbs.
