I have completed my plan to go to spin class for 10 consecutive weeks, I have just been to my 10th one this lunchtime, and I have to say I feel awesome!
I am noticeably fitter than when I started, feeling a lot stronger with a lot more stamina during the exercise. In addition I am generally feeling more healthy and positive in my day to day life, and I think it is a direct result of increased exercise and fitness.
I have effectively completed this to the extent I set out to, but I am going to keep it as a goal as I want to ensure I keep this up going forward!
