"Now an early bird"
How I did it
I was always late for work, so much so that boss had commented on several occasions. As redundancies were beginning to happen, I thought I really needed to perform well, and a big part of this for me is getting in on time!I struggle to get up in the morning, usually putting my alarm on consecutive snoozes and quite often falling back to sleep.
To get up on time, I bought 3 alarm clocks - I would put them in different areas of the room so I would have to get out of bed to turn them off (this is key) and set the first one for 6am, the next at 6.05 and the next at 6.07 - this way it made me get out of bed.
This really worked for me. Once I was up it was easy to get in on time.
I got off the computer sooner and gave myself a little more time than necessary to get ready for work. I gave myself a set time to leave for work adding about 5-10 minutes to allow for traffic, weather and slow drivers!
So far, so good ... not perfect , but acceptable

Tips & Advice
Get several alarm clocks and put them in different locations round the room which will mean you have to get up to turn them off.
Remember to turn them off on weekends!
One month is proof!
I will consider this goal done when I get through one whole month where I am early for work every morning.
