I would like to enrol on a BWY authorised yoga teaching course. This will involve a journey to get to this point ,including picking up what is currently a virtually non existant yoga practice, developing a solid daily yoga practice, and then deepening this until I feel ready to take this next step. I have practiced and studied the philosophy of yoga regularly in the past, and have knowledge in my body and mind with which to base this practice, but there is a lot of work to be done.
