Healthiest thing in the world
I only really drink straight water these days - not even with juice or anything! It took me a while to get into the habit, and was massive boring at first, but now I think it is refreshing.
A Brita filter really works, ensures it is pure. Also, I hae a large bottle I take with me when I am out and about, keeps me drinking no matter what I am doing.
Drink more water
Well I set this goal because my friends have been saying "Oh My Gosh, you haven't drank any water?" when we go to school or something. I just didn't have the practice of taking out the water bottle all the time to drink. But I noticed I have been drinking lesser and lesser water. Now my lips are dry and when I have to perform and put on lipstick, it was kinda difficult to go against the lips. And I'm only 12, I'm afraid this is the cause that makes me weaker than my friends.
Feeling good!
I set this goal a while ago, and have since been drinking 2 litres of water every day (with a few exceptions, of course, but I have always gone back to my goal of drinking 2 litres a day).
I am feeling so much better - my cafine and soft drink intake has reduced significantly which is great. I would recommend this goal to everyone.
Good luck all.
Drink more water
Recently, I have not been drinking enough water - and I do not feel as healthy as in the past - it definitely makes a big difference.
I have therefore set this goal to drink more water, and have been doing so for the last few days.
I have had a glass of water when I wake up and keep a 1.5litre bottle of water with me at work - it is working so far and feeling better. I need to keep this up for the next two months.
My goal!
I have decided to drink more water as it is clearly very healthy, and friends who have started drinking a lot of water have proclaimed to feel a lot better.
I want to make this goal more clear for me, so I have defined it as follows: Drink at least 2 litres of water every day for one full month. I think that once I have kept this up for the 30 days, I will have grown into a habit of drinking this much water daily. That is the plan anyway!
I set this goal about a week ago, but I thought I would do well to formalise it. I have drunk 2 litres every day for the first week - so far so good.
Water essential for weight loss
I don't drink enough water - fact. I have known this for a while, but never done much about it.
What did motivate me is when I read that not drinking enough water will put on weight - can you believe it?! Apparantly, your body will slow down metabolism in an effort to retain as much water as possible for survival. This slows down your fat burning which make it more difficult to lose weight. I don't want to make it hard ofr myself to lose my excess pounds, so my goal is to drink more water!!
I aim to drink 2 litres of water every day!
Drink more water
I know I should drink up to 2 litres a day, but I often drink well under this and end up feeling dehydrated.
I am making it my goal to ensure I drink 2 litres of water every day!

For the last 3 months, and feeling much better for it. I can honestly say that I feel healthier and people have begun to comment that my skin looks healthier.
I will definitely continue to drink at least 2 litres of water every day, and I recommend this to everyone.
