And believe what it teaches, I have been interested in the law of attraction for some time, and have proven it works in my life time and time again. There are things that I want, and it is now time to really focus and visualise these things to bring them into my life.
I will visualise on my goals every day for 10 mins.

I have recently seen the film 'The Secret', and was inspired to start putting the teachings to work to create the life of my dreams.
I have thought about this, and feel there are several key steps I need to take to be able to do this:
1 - Get a clear vision of what I want. This is essential first step, and I will not apply the other steps until this is complete.
2 - Every morning to spend 10 - 15 minutes visualising my goal, generating the feeling 'as if it were already created.
3 - Every evening to spend 10 - 15 minutes thinking of all the things I am grateful for, really feeling the feelings of gratitude.
